   • We do not accept custom color requests outside of the listed options.

3. Gel Stickers for Lid Attachment

   • Gel stickers are included only for cases designed for Galaxy Buds Live/Pro/2, where lid attachment is essential.
   • For Galaxy Buds/Buds Plus, the silicone case comes with pre-applied adhesive.

4. Mongle Crochet Design Details

   • All Mongle Crochet products are made using fluffy, thick yarn designed to create a plush, doll-like appearance.

5. Case Size

   • The cases are approximately twice the size of the actual device, about the size of a woman’s palm.
   • Please consider this size to avoid any surprises. 🙏🏻

6. Customization and Option Changes

   • All products are made to order. Changes to colors or options are not possible after production is complete.
   • Please take your time to carefully decide and place your order‼️

Special Notice for Galaxy Buds Live/Pro/2 Customers

• The silicone case inside the crochet design for Buds Live/Pro/2 includes an anti-slip coating.
• This prevents all types of gel stickers from fully adhering to the lid.
• As a result, the lid may detach during use.

Please carefully consider this information before placing your order.

We considered switching to hard cases, but due to higher costs (double the price) and imperfect adhesion to the crochet design, we decided to maintain the current silicone case format.

• Built-in Anti-Slip Silicone Case

  • Each case includes an anti-slip silicone case with a ring for secure use.
  • The built-in case is matched to the ordered crochet case as much as possible. Please note that colors may vary depending on stock availability.

• Limited Lid Opening Due to Crochet Thickness

  • The thickness of the crochet material may prevent the device lid from fully opening.
  • When opening or closing the device, please gently pull both the crochet cover and the device lid together.

• Wireless Charging Compatibility

  • Due to the thickness and material of the crochet yarn, wireless charging may not work efficiently. Please be aware of this limitation.

• Washing Instructions

  • Dissolve a neutral detergent (e.g., wool shampoo) in water and wash gently in cold water.
  • Dry slowly in the shade to minimize deformation.
